Who signs the letters?
You do. They go out under your company name, from a template you approve before anything is mailed.
Will you send the same letter for my competitor?
No. One company per trade per territory. Once your spot is taken, it's yours.
Can I talk to someone?
Ribboncut works by email. That's how the price stays low. Email creatormps@symixllc.com and a person replies.
What do you need from me?
A short form: your trade, your territory, what you offer new places, and anything you'd like the letter to say. We only write what you tell us.
Is this automated?
Partly. The research and drafting use automated tools. You approve every template, and every batch is checked before it's mailed.
Do you guarantee customers?
No. We guarantee the work: finding, writing and mailing every week. What happens after the letter is up to you and them.
How do I cancel?
Email us. Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and you're not charged again. Within your first 30 days, you get a full refund.
Free trial. Your first two weeks are free. Cancel before they end and you're never charged.
Cancelling. Monthly plans cancel any time by email. Service runs to the end of the paid month, with no further charges and no cancellation fee.
Refunds. A full refund if you ask within 30 days of your first paid charge. Yearly plans: a full refund within 30 days; after that, the months you've used are charged at the monthly rate and the rest is refunded. Refunds go back to your card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
Missed weeks. Letters go out every Monday. If we miss a week, it's credited to you automatically.
Billing. Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Your information. We use what you give us only to provide Ribboncut. We don't sell it.
Terms in brief. One client per trade per territory while your plan is active. Everything in your letters comes from your onboarding form, and you approve it. We don't promise replies or sales. New York law applies. Full terms are sent with your onboarding form.
